Exchanges & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights provided under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

1. Defective or Incorrect Books

If a book has a manufacturing defect, is damaged before delivery, is the wrong title or edition, or does not match its description, you may request a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable Omani law.

2. Change of Mind

We are pleased to offer a 15-day return or exchange period for change-of-mind purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• The book must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

• The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

• The book must be unused, unread, in its original condition, and free from any writing, markings, stains, folded pages, or damage.

• Return shipping costs for online orders are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by law, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards or gift vouchers.

• Special or custom orders.

• Digital books, e-books, downloadable products, or activated digital access codes.

• Books that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
